House supply in Sligo has outstretched demand resulting in one of the slowest growth in property prices in the country last year.
Prices rose by only 6 per cent in 2006.

Gunne – house price rises to slow

In its annual review of the property market Gunne Residential said it expects the price of second-hand homes to rise between 3% and 5% this year, with affordability a major issue for some buyers.
