Ancient golden wreath returns to Greece

EU Agrees on Cross-Border Payment Plan

Rosneft Subsidiary Buys Back Shares Held by Yukos

A subsidiary of the state-controlled Russian oil company Rosneft on Tuesday bought at auction a 9.44% share in Rosneft that had been owned by the bankrupt oil giant OAO Yukos.

Bulgarian alledged to have stolen $350k from Americans in eBay scam

A Bulgarian woman has been arrested and charged with participating in a scheme that used eBay to scam Americans out of at least $350,000. Her alleged fraud is similar to dozens of scams found on the auction site daily.

PayPal nears 35 million customers in Europe

PayPal, the online payments unit of auction website eBay , said on Tuesday it has nearly 35 million customer accounts in Europe, about a quarter of all its accounts.
In 2006, PayPal processed $8.4 billion (4.3 billion pounds) of payments in Europe, representing around 22 percent of its worldwide total of $37.8 billion.
