Swedish alcohol retailer Systembolaget said among the 400 bottles on the auction block will be a bottle of Macallan from 1946 with a starting price of $3,620.
Event organizers say they don’t believe Sweden’s poor economy will spoil the auction to take place in Frihamnen.
The auction will also offer a Very Very Old Fitzgerald Original Sour Mash from 1953, a Highland Park 1964 and a Glenury Royal 29 Years Old.
